Portland City Crawl
City Crawl — Opening Day
We’re kicking things off with the first official event of the PNW Pilot Exchange—the City Crawl.
This is where it all starts.
We’ll meet up in downtown Portland and move together through some of the most iconic spots in the city—bridges, architecture, public spaces, and hidden gems that make Portland such a unique place to fly.
Think of it as a rolling session: part meetup, part exploration, part full-on FPV takeover of the city.
Whether you’re flying or just pulling up to hang, this is one of the best ways to connect with the community right out the gate.
What to expect:
Group meetup to start the day
Multiple stops at iconic Portland locations
Plenty of opportunities to fly, film, and connect
Open to anyone who wants to join
A detailed map of the crawl route and meetup points will be released closer to the event, so everyone can follow along or drop in at different stops throughout the day.
Post-Crawl BBQ
After the crawl, we’ll regroup at Jimmy Sprinkles’ place for a laid-back BBQ.
Food, stories, pack reviews, crashes, wins—all of it. This is where the community really locks in. Whether you flew all day or just came through for a stop or two, you’re welcome to pull up, eat, and hang.
FPV Park Day
FPV Park Day — Private Session
One of the most unique stops of the week—FPV Park Day.
This is a dedicated day at a private FPV park, offering a purpose-built environment to fly, push limits, and session features you won’t find anywhere else.
Because this location is on private property, this event is invite-only. We’re keeping this one limited out of respect for the space and to ensure a safe, controlled environment for everyone involved.
What to expect:
Exclusive access to a private FPV park
Custom features and lines designed for progression
A focused session with invited pilots
Opportunities to film and capture high-quality content
We’ll be documenting the day and sharing content across social platforms, so even if you’re not attending, you’ll still get a front-row seat to what goes down.
This is where things level up—tight lines, big sends, and a deeper look at what the PNW scene has to offer.
Coast Crawl
Coast Day — Oregon Coast Mission
We’re heading west for one of the most iconic experiences of the week—Coast Day.
This is an all-invited event, open to anyone who wants to make the trip out and be part of it.
The current plan is to roll out to Lincoln City on the Oregon Coast—bringing together ocean views, coastal structures, and a completely different style of flying than what you’ll find in the city.
Wind, sand, wide-open space, and unexpected spots—that’s the energy.
What to expect:
Group meetup and caravan to the coast
Multiple coastal locations to explore and fly
A mix of scenic cruising and creative lines
Open invite for pilots and community members
That said, the coast is always evolving. We’ll be scouting locations ahead of time and polling participating pilots, so the exact destination may shift depending on conditions and what’s looking best.
Final details, meetup times, and locations will be shared closer to the event.
Pack accordingly, bring your long-range setups if you’ve got them, and be ready for a full day on the coast.
Rest and Repair
Flex Day — Reset, Repair & Freestyle Missions
Not every day needs a schedule.
Flex Day is built in to give the week some breathing room—time to reset, repair, explore, and chase whatever energy is in the air.
Think of this as the Rest & Repair Day, but with the option to turn it into something way more if the moment calls for it.
What to expect:
Time to fix builds, swap parts, and get rigs dialed
Chill hangs with the crew—stories, tuning, sharing knowledge
Optional pop-up missions to spots we didn’t plan for
Room to follow the vibe wherever it goes
Maybe that means:
Box store runs — Baboo style
Bodega missions — Vegan style
Full guerrilla sessions — Benny style
Or maybe it’s just kicking back, charging packs, and getting ready for the next day.
We’ll keep this one intentionally loose. More details and any pop-up meetups will be posted closer to the event, but for now—consider this your chance to breathe, regroup, and stay ready.
Sometimes the best sessions aren’t planned.
Waterfall Crawl
Waterfall Day — Columbia River Gorge
This is one of the crown jewels of the week—Waterfall Day in the Columbia River Gorge.
This is an all-invited event, open to anyone who wants to be part of it.
We’ll be heading out to experience some of the most iconic waterfalls in the Pacific Northwest—towering drops, lush green surroundings, and lines that feel straight out of a dream.
This is where cinematic meets technical.
Group meetup and mission into the Gorge
Stops at multiple waterfall locations
A mix of scenic cruising and technical flying
Unreal backdrops for capturing next-level content
Because these are high-traffic, high-visibility areas, we may stagger groups throughout the day to keep things smooth, respectful, and low-impact.
A detailed map with locations, timing, and suggested flow will be released closer to the event, so you can follow along or jump in at different points.
Evening Meetup
After a full day in the Gorge, we’ll regroup for an evening hang—grab some food, compare clips, and relive the best moments from the day.
This is where the stories come out and the footage gets passed around.
Bando Bash
Bando Bash — Final Send
We’re closing out the week the only way that makes sense—Bando Bash.
This is the final event of the PNW Pilot Exchange, and it’s an all-invited session. Everyone is welcome to pull up, throw down, and be part of the last send.
We’ll be hitting a proper bando—raw lines, big energy, full creativity. No holding back.
This is the day to empty the packs, push your flying, and leave it all out there.
What to expect:
Open invite for all pilots and community
Full-day session at a bando location
Big lines, technical gaps, and creative freedom
A high-energy send to close out the week
We’ll be going most of the day—or until the quads give out. Broken props, smoked motors, last packs… whatever it takes.
Final location details, timing, and meetup info will be shared closer to the event.
Pull up, go in, and let’s close this week out the right way.
